Please use this form to submit your entry for India Day  2026 Cultural Performance (India Day Celebrations). Please note only Group participation is allowed for this event. Each group must have a minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 participants   IMPORTANT PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR AUDIO AND PICTURE ATLEAST A WEEK PRIOR THE EVENT DAY   Rules & Guidelines: Only Classical, Patriotic, regional folk theme is allowed for this event  Only Group participation is allowed for this event.  Group Performance Duration is 4 (Four) minutes and for classical indian Dance/instruments up to 8(Eight) minutes. This form must be filled by Choreographers/Coordinators to register the group performance only. For event entry active members just need to show their digital membership cards to attend the event. Non-members who are part of performance group need to pay the performance fee in this form. There is no need to collect Member IDs for active members! Just Enter First and Last Name for each performer once you select number tickets in second section (Members + Non Members).
