This form must be filled by Choreographers/Coordinators to register the group performance only. Non-members who are part of performance group need to pay the performance fee in this form. There is no need to collect Member IDs for active members! Just Enter First and Last Name for each performer once you select number tickets in second section (Members + Non Members). In First Section - Enter all the information related Group (Name, Description, Choreographer & Coordinator Names etc) Event Rules and Guidelines Only group participation is allowed for this event. Performance duration: Group performances: 4 minutes maximum Classical Indian dance performances: up to 8 minutes Each group must have a minimum of 6 performers and maximum of 10 Performers. Up to 18 performers are allowed for Special Group Performances Only Each group may have a maximum of 2 choreographers and 2 coordinators. A performer may participate in Maximum of Two group performances. All groups must report backstage at least 30 minutes before their scheduled performance time. Groups that are not present on time may be allowed to perform at the end of the program only if time permits. All groups are responsible for keeping their assigned dressing rooms and all other venue areas clean and orderly. Program sequencing and scheduling will be carefully planned based on various factors to ensure a smooth and successful event. As a result, accommodating last minute changes may be challenging. In the event of an exception to the above rules, the ICS Executive Committee Team reserves the authority to make the final decision.
